More than a place to post an ad.
A private seller moving one machine and a dealer managing an inventory need different tools. Buyers still need a consistent way to find equipment, compare listings and contact the right person. Equipment Balkans brings those journeys into one marketplace.
TIN’s work spans the public storefront, dealer onboarding, listing management and the controls behind the market. The build extends an open-source commerce foundation with the regional experience, transaction rules and auction logic the business needs.

Inside the platform.
One market. Different ways to sell.
The storefront brings private advertisements and dealer products into a shared discovery experience. Category navigation, seller filters, photographs and profiles help buyers assess a listing before starting a conversation.
Sellers have a guided listing flow, photo management and controls for expiry and reposting. Dealers have a broader workspace for their business, inventory and enquiries. The experience supports English, Serbian, Croatian, Bosnian and Montenegrin.
A business behind every listing.
Dealer onboarding connects the account, business documents, store profile and review process. Operators need to see where an application stands and make verification decisions before a dealer moves through the platform.
TIN is also building the commercial layer: listing packages, promotional offers, checkout and payment confirmation. A successful payment must be verified by the application before it can publish a paid listing.
Auctions with rules that hold.
The later auction phase introduces timed bidding, reserve prices, automatic bidding limits, watchlists and bid history. An extension near the closing time gives buyers a chance to respond to a late bid.
Those behaviours belong in the application’s shared rules. The public auction view, dealer tools and operator controls must agree on the current bid, timing and outcome, even when several people act at once.
The transaction needs one answer.
Payment and auction state have a single authoritative service. The interface displays that state; it does not decide whether money arrived or who won. Signed payment events are checked, and repeated events are handled without repeating the action.
Scheduled processes handle transitions and notifications. Feature controls separate each release phase, so later capabilities can be developed without appearing in the initial public experience.
A deliberate, phased launch.
