Overview

DMOs come in all shapes and sizes. They are often called Tourism Boards, Tourism Authorities and Convention and Visitors Bureaus. Generally, they are part of a political branch or a quasi private-public organization in charge of promoting a specific destination and enticing meetings, incentive, conventions and exhibitions (MICE). Covid-19 has necessitated a re-analysis of the way DMO's operate. Our systems have been designed to streamline the entire process from promotion, engagement and re-engagement fo visitors while streamlining the interaction between DMO's members and their constituents.

Our Process

Setting Goals and Objectives

We start off with a kick off meeting, where we discuss the objectives and goals of your destination management organization. Initially, you want to start off with a subset of your attractions, we suggest no more than five attractions, where you can package the offerings into a simple kit for your visitors.

Map the environment

we do a physical map of your environment, where are artist will draw all of the caricatures of your most important points of interest, including favorite restaurants, museums, attractions, and events.

Instructure

we deploy the infrastructure in order to sell event tickets to the end of visual locations, and we create the e-commerce and point-of-sale systems, to ensure that we do not oversell, or create complex by overcrowding a specific attraction at a specific time of day

Beacons

we install the beacons at the key locations, and test that the tickets trigger each beacon at each location. we do a minimum viable product test, and ensure that all of the systems are go.

Test & Launch

we test it with a slight group of residents and visitors, we launch the product. We submit the app into the App Store, after all tests are approved, and launch the product in the final week.
