Project Overview
Our client's clients were having challenges with applying a scalable video conferencing system that match their brand requirements. Currently, many customers are using Zoom, Go To Meeting, and Blue Jeans. This lacks a personal branding experience. In addition, these large companies do not allow any modifications of their core code. TIN created a complete infrastructure using a micro services architecture, which allows infinite scalability and infinite flexibility.
Execution
Over the course of 90 days, our team created a complete serverless computing architecture allowing ultimate flexibility for deployment of a video solutions platform on Google Cloud Platform, Microsoft Azure, or Amazon Web Services.
The core platform is comprised of:
Standard Conferencing Features (video/audio conferencing, invite, mute, schedule, screen sharing, chat etc)
- Video On Demand module
- Live Broadcast
- Document sharing
We created a second screen solution that allowed their clients to create customized workflows.
Results
The client can now provide their customers a complete brandable workflow solution including form generation, on demand conferencing, live broadcast and a fully integrated for any solution.
Currently they're working on providing solutions for the on-demand world, whether this be legal, medical, service, sales, or support.
