How we helped a community fitness facility automate their sales process and manage their membership
Oceanside Fitness is a community fitness facility with over 10,000 feet (930sq.m) established in 2001, providing a full range of fitness services to its local community. TIN re-envisioned its static website and created a membership platform where members can register, communicate with the staff, automatically check-in, and renew their membership.

Client Objective
The client wanted to create a way to attract, convert and retain customers in their local community plus reduce the dependency on expensive and often unavailable technical support. Currently we maintain not only the web for structure, but their unified communications front end that allows them to capture leads from their chat, sms or Whatsapp clients - allowing their customers to communicate with the organization through whatever method the customer chooses.
Execution
The website was completed within three weeks, with the communication and infrastructure pieces completed in the following two weeks. Currently the client has been with The Intelligent Network for more than eight years.
Results
The client has a fully interactive website that can easily be maintained by its current staff, without the need of outside technical help. The system is capable of booking appointments for group classes, or with individual personal trainers.
